Program Description: The Town of Greece Community & Senior Center offers programs and facilities designed to increase the quality of life for persons ages 50 plus. Our offerings are designed to meet the social, recreational, nutritional, education and health needs of the older adults in our community. The Mission of the Greece Community & Senior Center is to provide a facility for the residents of Greece to engage in accessible, affordable and quality recreational, social, and educational activities. Transportation Arrangements available Shopping Arrangement Available Nutrition Site. Transporttion services for elderly and disabled residents age 60+ of Greece NY. Medical Motor Service provides senior citizens and individuals with disabilities and special needs the specialized transportation they need to receive non-emergency medical services and to remain involved in their community
Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, need 3 days prior notice
Operation Call In at Greece Senior Care- This program is designed to offer those senior citizens who would enjoy a daily phone call, thus reducing feelings of isolation/alienation. Individual volunteers are scheduled to call program participants each day to extend a friendly hello. Service available to any resident of Greece, NY, 55 years of age or older, residing in their own home or apartment and without immediate family support system (children) within the RoChester area. No fee to participate
