We’re Chris and Michelle Hill, the husband-and-wife team behind Prep Sell Move. We started this business with one purpose in mind: to make life transitions easier for seniors and the families who love them.
With Michelle’s background in healthcare management and Chris’s experience in real estate and construction management, we saw a clear gap—seniors were being left to navigate big moves with little support. That didn’t sit right with us. So, we built a company that offers hands-on, heart-led guidance through every step of the transition process.
