Program Description: Rochdale Village Senior Center is a community based non-profit organization. The goal of the Rochdale Village Senior Center is to provide quality supportive services for adults 60 years and older who are residents of Rochdale Village and the surrounding areas.
The Senior Center has incorporated a health and wellness approach into their programming. Some of their physical fitness activities include Tai Chi, Yoga, Walking Club, Low Impact Aerobics, Dancing for Fitness, Chair & Floor Exercise, and Wii Fitness. Their programs are designed to enhance the physical, emotional and social aspects of seniors so they can live a productive, healthier life. They also provide an array of supportive services, transportation, nutrition & healthy eating workshops, and computer training to meet the needs and preferences of their members.
Nutritious lunches are served daily and home-bound services are available for eligible seniors. This site also offers transportation services
