Transitions For Senior Living is a family-owned, service helping St. Louis area families navigate the senior care industry, completely free of charge. We have formed relationships with like-minded professionals, such as: private duty, adult day programs, elder attorneys, VA navigators, care management and trusted real estate agents, to help with any aspect of the aging process.
We have been working in the area for the past 12 years. Our team has an extensive knowledge of ALL the local senior living communities: Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent and Skilled Nursing. We will personally meet with you and your loved ones, get to know their physical, cognitive, financial and social needs. Then we will pare down the choices to the top 3 to 5 then walk you through the touring, decision and follow-up.
What sets Transitions For Senior Living apart is that through our experience, we know that the culture of the community is so important to the quality of care that is given. Therefore, we visit communities regularly. We understand their staffing ratios, has there been a change in management, what level of care are they willing to provide, and are they being successful at providing that care. We also know that not everyone is ready to make a move immediately. So we encourage our families to make a plan, do the leg-work with us, so that when or if you need to make a move YOU have made the choice.
