- Curb-to-Curb: If you choose curb-to-curb service, the passenger will be picked up and dropped off right at the curb outside their home or other pick-up location. This is the best fit for seniors who are able to walk short distances alone safely.
- Door-to-Door: With door-to-door service, the passenger will be picked up and dropped off at the front door. A driver will meet the passenger on their doorstep and help them get to the vehicle safely.
- Person-to-Person: Need a little extra help? Person-to-person is the best option! With this level of service, a driver will escort the passenger at the pick-up and drop-off spots, ensuring they are handed off to another responsible party before leaving them at the destination.
Plus, if you need a companion to come along with you, they can tag along at no extra cost! They just need to enter the vehicle at the same address. However, car seats are prohibited, so we are unable to transport children who can’t use a standard seatbelt as their safety restraint.
