Senior Resource Expo and Health Fair Vendor Registration Information

When: Tuesday May 12th, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Where: VFW Post #2866 in St. Charles, MO, 66 V F W Lane, St. Charles. MO 63366

Thank you for inquiring about being a vendor at the Senior Resource Expo and Health Fair 2026.

This event promotes health awareness, programs, services, and resources for those 55 and over in our community. Vendors will provide informational materials, demonstrations, and screenings. Vendors will receive a 6 foot table. Set up will begin at 8:00 a.m. All Booths must be set up by 8:45 a.m. All vendor spaces must be disassembled by 1:00 p.m. Cost for the space is $250. Please let us know if you need electricity when you complete the form.

Vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle basket. We will be collecting contact information for the raffle drawings. If you would like to do your own raffle drawing and collect contact information, you will be responsible for contacting the winner and distributing the raffle basket. We will have a table at the front for the raffle baskets. Please make sure your company name is on the basket.
